Q: Do you send items internationally?
A. Yes. We can send all items internationally except for boat motors and inflatable boats. The boats and motors cannot be sent internationally.
Q: Do you accept pickups?
A. Unfortunately we cannot accept pickups.
Q: Who do you send your items with?
A. We use Australian Air Express, Australia Post or Toll Priority.
Q: I have purchased an item from your store. When do I need to pay by?
A. You have 5 days to combine as many items as you like. All purchases must be completed and payment made within 7 days.
Q: Do you offer shipping discounts?
A. Yes. When you purchase any items, there will be FREE FREIGHT automatically applied in checkout for all purchases for delivery in Australia.
Q: Do you sell products wholesale?
A. Yes. We would be more than happy to discuss this further with anyone that is interested in purchasing our products wholesale.
Q. How do I complete my order and checkout?
A. When you would like to purchase an item from our Store, click the 'Add to Cart' button next to the item. You can add multiple items to you 'Shopping Cart'. When you have completed shopping, click the 'Shopping Cart' button in the top right hand corner on any page (or click this link Shopping Cart) and then follow the steps to Complete Checkout. You will then receive a 'Completed Checkout Notification Email' once checkout is complete.
